Visiting out of town and wanted to eat somewhere close by. Staff at the front desk recommend What the Pho so decided to give it a try. It was a short walk away. It was about 5:30pm and it was not very busy. I must have gotten there at a good time because halfway through my meal the place became packed. The food was delicious. I ordered the Combination Bowl that came with shrimp, beef, and chicken. Everything was well seasoned! The egg roll was amazing! Highly recommend the bowls and egg rolls

I came in on a Tuesday for lunch around 1:30-2p and when I walked in there was a line to be seated which took a while. I looked around and there were only 2 people working the dining room with many tables not cleaned up after customers had left. I was seated at the counter and everything felt sticky from the counter tops to the old menus. Took awhile for them to come get my order which was the shaken beef. The dish came out in an orderly fashion and I could not wait to dig in. To my surprise the portion was big for $20 and I began to dig in, but after the first bite I had a mouth full of flour. The sauce was so gelatinous that I had to scrap it off everything. The experience was off putting. Was not impressed at all with my experience or the food and would not recommend it to anybody.

Not a bad pho place. I didn’t really like the food that much. The broth wasn’t great and the meat missed the mark. I also tried their coffee and it was okay. The salad rolls are huge!!!

I would consider myself a Pho connoisseur and ‘What the Pho’ pho was outstanding. Not overly salty, or oily, lots of meat and great service! I highly recommend the Beef Pho.

Didn’t try the pho, was hoping to find a good bahn mi. Bread was good, no jalapeño to be seen, larger than expected but not much filling. I ordered the pork, oddly enough it all had a slight fish taste to it. Sadly I won’t be back. Over $40 for two of these and two drinks.
