We had the pleasure of dining here for both dinner and breakfast as hotel guests, and we could not be more satisfied! The atmosphere is perfect for a date night, with a cozy and inviting ambiance. The cocktails are exceptional, expertly crafted and delicious. The food is equally impressive, with every dish bursting with flavor. The service is outstanding; the staff is attentive, friendly, and professional. We highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!

I had come from NY to have a 2 day stay at the Art Hotel & went to fire restaurant & lounge for dinner & breakfast. When we went to the dinner we faced racism by a male waiter he didn’t take our order for over 15 minutes & when he did he was very unwelcoming & rude. We asked for water 2 times, he ignored and kept asking the tables next to us (white people) if they needed anything and making small talk. He also ignored when I was giving the menu back & kept rolling his eyes . We finally placed our order and the appetizers were 35 minutes late. We asked politely how long it’s going to take for food to come, he for some weird reason started screaming “it’s not my fault, I have nothing to do with what’s happening in the kitchen, I cannot do anything about it, so don’t ask me such questions, when the food will be ready I’ll bring it, it’s not in my control so I can’t do nothing, you have an issue speak to my manager”. To which me & my husband were taken aback, as it was a harmless question. We both are doctors and came here to relax but were upset about the terrible behavior by the server. Anyways the manager came, she apologised and made sure the food came & was super polite. The host was also very kind & came to check several times if we were okay. The food overall was amazing, good portion sizes & quality! The ambience was also artsy & lovely! Overall we had a great experience but would recommend the staff to be more professional and courteous as we are paying a lot to get a good service & have a good time. I understand if they are overwhelmed but no need to unnecessarily take it out on the customers!

During my stay at the Art Hotel, I was given a lot of credits to dine at this restaurant via my American Express benefits, so I have decided to give this place a try, and I was able to come here for brunch on both Saturday and Sunday, as a result trying a lot of items on the brunch menu. Overall I think majority of items are not bad, but not anything I would proactively return to eat if I wasn't given a credit benefit. There were highlights, but unfortunately I had a bit more to critique than to praise :( For the items I have tried, such as the bacon egg & cheese sandwich, the bun was way too big to the point that taking one bite, I felt majority of what was in my mouth was bread which made it hard to chew, so I ended up eating all ingredients separately. The bacon, avocado, and eggs themselves inside tasted good, though, just as a combination, maybe using a smaller sandwich bun would be good, or maybe even burger bun like brioche bread. I also had the double patty burger, which my server told me was well done, and she wasn't kidding. It was so well done to the point that the patties had absolutely no juice. They were extremely overcooked and dry and were really thin, so even though the fries were great, the burger unfortunately was very subpar. Maybe making the patties thicker would help (unless they don't grind their own meat to make the patties). The avocado bacon chicken club was pretty good! That sandwich bun was a lot more chewable, and as a result I had very pleasant bites! The chicken was dry, but it was chicken breast, and I completely understood! My partner who was with me had the other main dishes in the photo and she described everything as "nothing special" which meant that they were not bad, but not something that made her wanted to proactively return for them. She gave a lot of praise on the chicken apple sausage, though! I had some and I would agree. It had savor and spiciness simultaneously. I enjoyed the desserts! Both the mousse parfait and the créme brûlée had layers of flavors because of the ingredients they had. The mousse had three layers and I could taste each layer of flavor and texture with one spoon. The lavender and orange taste were both very obvious in the créme brûlée and as a créme brûlée maker, I enjoyed it very much! Overall I would say I wouldn't make a trip out here just to have food from this establishment, but the food definitely tasted good enough for me to return if I was given another credit when I return to the Art Hotel!

Wow! FIRE did nothing but impress us all night! Their steak makes me wonder how many times I didn’t get a good streak when I thought I did. 😆 Impressive from beginning to end. Hands down, best spot in Denver for dining. Service, food, views, ambiance, and surrounded by art. ✨❤️ Shout out to Josh and Willow for taking very good care of us and going above and beyond, we can’t wait to be back!

Everything here was good but not great. With one exception: the signature Fire wings. These were perfectly cooked and seasoned, crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside, as well as being meatier than most wings. They were probably the best chicken wings I've ever had. That said, there was a "mix up" in the kitchen that caused our meals to take an hour to come to our table after ordering(this was in a relatively empty restaurant). My braised short ribs and risotto were prepared nicely and plated well, but arrived at room temperature. My wife enjoyed her salad, and it was ample in portion size, but it was just salad: hard to mess up. The dessert menu was so basic and unappetizing that we passed and had ice cream when we got home. Our waitress was stretched way too thin, and that negatively affected service. We did enjoy the decor and views of Broadway below, but it wasn't enough to make up for their shortcomings. The wings tho: wow.
